Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Acuhealer. We've written them in plain language because that's what feels fair.
1. Not a medical device
Acuhealer is a sound-masking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or cure for tinnitus, hyperacusis, or any other condition. If you have persistent or concerning symptoms, consult a healthcare professional.
2. Your license
By purchasing Acuhealer on the App Store you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices associated with your Apple ID, in accordance with the App Store terms.
3. No warranties
Acuhealer is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that any relief you experience will match anyone else's.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Acuhealer.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Governing law
