Does it cure tinnitus?
No. Acuhealer masks the ringing with carefully designed sounds so it's easier to ignore. It is not medical treatment.
I can't hear anything when I press play.
Check that the iPhone silent switch is off and that your system volume (not just the app's) is up. If you connected a Bluetooth speaker, make sure the audio is being sent there.
The sound stops when I lock my screen.
Acuhealer is designed to keep playing while your screen is locked. If it stops, make sure iOS is up to date and try restarting the app.
Do I need headphones for it to work?
No. Your iPhone speaker is loud enough for most tones. Headphones or a Bluetooth speaker work too.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Acuhealer works fully offline once installed.
